Jackbull Fintech Technologies ("Jackbull", "we", "us") provides an automated execution and portfolio management platform. The use of automated systems does not eliminate market risk, liquidity risk, technological risk, or the risk of total capital loss.

You should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose entirely.

Nothing on this platform or communicated through any of our systems constitutes financial, investment, tax, legal, or any other form of professional advice. All content is provided for informational and operational purposes only.

Jackbull does not hold a registered investment adviser (RIA) license, broker-dealer registration, or any equivalent regulatory authorisation in any jurisdiction. We are a technology service provider only.

You are solely responsible for all investment decisions made through or in connection with this platform. We strongly recommend consulting a licensed financial advisor before deploying capital.

This platform operates automated trading algorithms that may execute orders without direct human intervention at the time of each trade. By connecting your broker account you acknowledge and accept that:

(a) Automated systems can malfunction, produce erroneous orders, or behave unexpectedly due to software bugs, market data errors, network failures, or exchange-side issues.

(b) Automated execution does not guarantee profits or the avoidance of losses. Market conditions, including rapid price movements, may result in orders being filled at prices materially worse than expected (slippage).

(c) Stop-loss and take-profit mechanisms are best-effort and do not guarantee execution at the specified price levels, particularly during periods of extreme market volatility or low liquidity.

(d) You retain full responsibility for monitoring your brokerage account at all times and may disconnect or halt automated trading at any moment via your broker platform.

The Jackbull platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or data accuracy.

Downtime, data feed failures, connectivity interruptions, or third-party broker API outages may prevent the platform from executing, modifying, or cancelling orders. We accept no liability for losses arising from such events.

Cybersecurity risks inherent to any online platform exist. While we implement industry-standard security measures, we cannot guarantee that our systems are immune to unauthorised access or data breaches.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your broker API credentials. Jackbull staff will never request your full API keys verbally, via email, or through any channel other than the secure account settings page.

API keys you provide must be configured with trading permissions only. Jackbull does not require, and you must not grant, withdrawal or fund transfer permissions to any API key used with this platform.

Jackbull is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a representative of Alpaca Securities LLC or any other broker. Your brokerage relationship and its associated terms are governed exclusively by your agreement with your broker.

Pattern Day Trader (PDT) rules enforced by FINRA apply to US-resident retail accounts with less than $25,000 in equity trading stocks on margin. You are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable regulations in your jurisdiction.

This platform may not be available or suitable for use in all jurisdictions. By using this platform you represent that you are permitted to access and use automated trading technology under the laws of your country of residence.

Digital asset trading carries additional regulatory uncertainty. The legal classification of cryptocurrencies varies by jurisdiction and may change without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jackbull Fintech Technologies, its officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use this platform.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to this agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Jackbull in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jackbull Fintech Technologies and its affiliates from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the platform; (b) your violation of these terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) any trading activity conducted through your connected broker account.

Jackbull reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of material changes via the platform interface or email.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
